In the app
- Open Kolvi and go to Me.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account and data will be deleted.
Without the app
Email support@kolvi.app from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my Kolvi account". We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and email address
- Your food log, water, weigh-ins, body and plan answers, and plan
- Foods and portions you added
All of it is removed from our servers within 30 days, including backups.
Ad-free subscription
Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings.
Never signed in?
Your data is stored only on your phone, so uninstalling Kolvi deletes it.
